MYAR - ALLOVER RAINFOREST JUMPSUIT

Jumpsuit made from rainforest-patterned printed deadstock fabric, with one patch pocket on the bib and two cargo pockets applied along the leg composed of alternating solid-colour and printed fabric details.

PAST

This jumpsuit is inspired by the historical cargo pant to which we have applied a bib that takes up the shape of the Cargo Pocket on the front.

A cargo pocket is a patch pocket, often made with accordion pleats to ensure greater capacity, and closed by a flap fastened with press studs, magnets or Velcro.

The Cargo Pant was introduced by the British army in the late 1930s and immediately taken up by the American army in the 1940s. Their original function was for military workwear: they are loose-fitting trousers, designed for tough working environments and outdoor activities, with numerous large pockets for carrying tools.
