Spring/Summer 2024 Collection
For the next Spring/Summer season, MYAR KIDS continues embracing its signature educational approach aimed at raising environmental awareness.
In keeping with the brand’s mission to educate not only kids, but most importantly their parents, on key issues, including global warming and carbon emissions, MYAR KIDS developed a range of eye-catching graphics that go straight to the point: we need to save the planet for the future generations!
Reworking traditional infographics through a child-like, playful filter, the causes of global warming, that is making planet Earth crying, are on show in a vibrant print, while another graphic with a gas mask and MYAR’s “Greenhouse Gas Educational Center” crest puts the focus on the necessity to have cleaner air to avoid the use of masks in the future.
Showing that we have to take a stand for the environment, a print with satellites screams “Eyes are on us!”, while in another graphic, the image of planet Earth is half covered by a sort of toxic cloud highlighting that we have to “Re-use, Re-duce and Re-cycle”, taking action to save Mother Earth .
To craft the collection, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, vests, cargos and overalls, MYAR KIDS focused on the use of few deadstock cotton fabrics that were treated with a cut and sew technique, reflecting its military DNA.
The brand combined on the same piece different fabrics, from jersey to woven and waffle cottons, that, reacting differently to the garment dying process, guarantee to create charming tonal effects in a vivid color palette, spanning from sky blue and grass green to orange.
The collection, that also includes a range of jersey logo pieces cut in relaxed silhouettes, also features cool mesh and nylon bombers and windbreakers.
