MYAR - ALLOVER RAINFOREST JACKET

Jacket in rainforest patterned printed deadstock fabric, with hood, inner sleeve and four patch pockets on the front in plain fabric.

MYAR logo printed with bio-based watercolour on the chest on the heart side.

This jacket is inspired by the US NAVY MARINE JACKET made from denim fabric and with an oversized fit.

To the original model we have added CARGO POCKETS on the front, which are inspired by those of the historic trousers.

A cargo pocket is a patch pocket, often made with accordion pleats to ensure greater capacity, and closed by a flap fastened with press studs, magnets or Velcro.

The Cargo Pant was introduced by the British army in the late 1930s and immediately taken up by the American army in the 1940s. Their original function was for military workwear: they are loose-fitting trousers, designed for tough working environments and outdoor activities, with numerous large pockets for carrying tools.
